Carrie is an 11 inch 100% collectible porcelain doll handcrafted by Award Winning Doll Artist Brenda Mize. She is five-way jointed - neck, arms, and legs. Every doll was created by a doll mold by the famous doll artist, Dianna Effner. Therefore, each doll is one-of-a-kind (OOAK) which truly adds to her individuality. This Wednesday’s Child doll sculpt wears an old-fashioned brown print prairie dress with matching bonnet. She also wears a pair of brown faux leather boots and stained cheesecloth apron adorned with rusty bells. Carrie holds a mini porcelain doll in one arm and a ‘rusty’ bucket in the other arm with firewood. Please note that the bucket has a slight cinnamon scent. Her wig is a synthetic mohair wig which can be restyled. She has been blushed in all the right places and her fingernails and toenails have been realistically painted and glossed. What truly sets this collectible doll apart is her blue hand painted eyes. Please note that Carrie’s dress is not meant to be removed.
This OOAK collectible doll is about the same size as Boneka Effner dolls which wears a size 6-7 doll wig and wears the same sized clothing.
